Refund policy

Returns We want you to love your part. If something isn't right, contact us within 30 days of delivery at [your email].

Damaged, defective, or broken on arrival Send us a photo and your order number, and we'll ship a replacement at no cost, or refund your money. In most cases you won't need to send the broken part back.

Wrong fit or changed your mind Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days for a refund. Please check the fit notes on the listing before ordering. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless we made a mistake.

Personalized items Custom or personalized products, such as embossed plates with your text, are made to order and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges aren't refundable.
